Imagine a River

imagine a river, don’t do anything with it, just imagine, i tell it, flow more slowly,

while writing down a poem. too bad i’m not a writer, i’d know then what to say.

you need a hint, you always need a hint.

after reading a cycle of poems you have to lie down, you should experience something like an orgasm. i lie stretched out on the surface of water

like a dead man. this is how i turn death into poetry,

how i get rid of what’s not needed, of what you can’t get rid of.
